Double Dungeree Days

DUNGEREE BLOG POST20

How do some wardrobe items start off as a fashion “it” item of the season, then gradually, season after season morph into our wardrobe musts haves?!? The winning formula is unknown but the Dungeree is definitely one of said pieces. Started off for those brave enough to try and balance grown up dressing with items from their kids wardrobes, a should they or shouldn’t they trend, teetering on the edge, walking that sartorial fine line but now its right up there as a day~to~day basic that we love.

Maybe it’s the laid back, nonchalant vibe it exudes that everyone strives for {whether they like to admit it or not} or its ability to be dressed right up for a spot of kooky, glamour or down for a girl about town, comfy but cool look.

Seems like Dungerees have played the long game, the slow and patient approach to filter into our sartorial subconscious to become a life long friend.

Slowly slowly catchy Dungy.
