The Big Pink

We don’t need to be asked twice when it comes to Pink. So when Breast Cancer Care asked us to join The Big Pink campaign we were most definitely 100% in. The campaign is to raise awareness about breast cancer and the care, support and information that they provide throughout October which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. So we styled some pinktastic looks to help spread the word. Basically we got Big and Pink.

It’s no secret that we love pink. It’s crept up on us over the years but now we think it’s an affair thats going to last the test of time {at least longer than a Kardashian wedding} and TBH we’ll wear any and all shades from candy floss to the hottest of hot. These peachy pink looks started life when we spotted the epic wide leg cords, so Seventies and so bang on trend with cord being big this season. The suede skirt was an obvious gorgeous #twinningiswinning option and the rest followed suit. Basically Big and Pink!

So back to the matter in hand and the Breast Cancer campaign.

Here are the facts: Every year, 62,000 people in the UK are told they have breast cancer. Breast Cancer Care understands the emotions, challenges and decisions people face every day and that’s why they are there to offer support and information and campaign for better care. They are the only specialist UK-wide charity providing support to people with breast cancer, their free services include support over the phone with a nurse or someone who’s been there, welcoming online forums, reliable information and local group support. 691,000 people in the UK are currently living with a breast cancer diagnosis and right now, Breast Cancer Care can’t reach everyone when they need them but with support, they can be here for more people, with care, support and information.

We know you come here looking for fashion inspo but it would be great if you too would like to support Breast Cancer Care. You can donate via the box below aswell as organise your own fundraising event and take part in The Big Pink campaign yourself in October, Breast Cancer Awareness month. Click here for more info.
