It’s funny as we haven’t been away on many trips this year and as we are writing this we are preparing for another hot spot destination next week. Are blogger mini breaks like buses and you wait ages then 2 come along almost at once? *said in Carrie Bradshaw’s voice*

There will be more of next weeks getaway on the blog and of course over on Instagram {we’ll be sharing lots of behind the scenes daily action over on Stories and IGTV too} but for now we wanted to share a few unseen pictures from our recent trip to The Algarve, Portugal.belle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blogbelle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blogbelle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blog belle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blog belle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blog belle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blog

We stayed in the cute and very quiet fishing village Cabanas which is just along from Tavira and about a 45 minute drive from Faro airport. If you are looking for somewhere extremely quiet and relaxing then this is for you.

The village itself has one main road with a couple of shops and a good handful of restaurants all offering up the days fish Cath from the local fishing boats {we’d recommend Pedros!} plus lots of little tiled side streets to wonder through. There is also a gorgeous unspoilt beach which you get to via a little boat and spend the day whiling away hours on the sand whilst eating Portuguese tarts and toasted cheese sangers, because: HOLIDAY!

If you are looking for a slightly bigger town then you can venture into Tavira which is home to many more restaurants and shops selling baskets galore. Yes, yes we may have bought even more baskets bags.belle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blog belle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blogbelle & bunty london fashion travel bloggers portugal algarve swimswear holiday summer style blog

Here is the pink hotel that Insta went wild over! Hannah has been to this area a few times and had harped on about how photogenic it is, especially this little pink hotel on the corner. Previously in years before Casa Viana was actually more of a pale pink so when we rocked up this year we were pleasantly surprised to see they had repainted with a more vibrant millennial shade. So some hotel details: it’s relatively small and tbh we didn’t go inside so this is 100% not a hotel review! All we know is that it’s pink on the outside and on the inside too! There is a cute roof terrace which you can just see in this picture above which of course, is also pink with a cute colour pop yellow umbrella. If you fancy checking it out, then go say hi to Casa Viana here.

We love wearing colour on holiday and are currently really into mustard and coral shades which look great with your holiday tan. With the amazing bougainvillea flowers all over the village we let them take centre stage {i.s steal the show} and opted for neutral shades in cotton and linen pieces.  A holiday is great place to experiment with some colour and its also the perfect place to go that extra mile so we always pull out all the stops when it comes to a accessorising. Don’t forget your straw hat and bag to get that proper Summer holiday look! All our outfit details are below and we hope you enjoyed seeing a few extra holiday pictures for a spot of outfit inspo!
