Stepping into Spring ~ Oasis Styled by Us

Belle & Bunty here, at your service. Today we are bringing you a spot of sunshine on a rainy day. Infact not a spot but a giant, joyous explosion of colour. A riot of rainbow that will cheer you up and get you in the mood for Spring quicker than a bucket of Pimms and a Insta meme of Zac Efron on the beach.

In this post we are sharing a very exciting project we’ve been working on with the highstreet honey, Oasis featuring their Spring collection but before we get to the clothes we have to let you in on a little secret. Us and Oasis, we go way back. We have history……

If we rewind a few years, one of us started her retail career in Oasis working as a Saturday girl before being promoted to a weekend Supervisor. As students the discount was sweet and we both used to hit the town kitted out in Oasis garms. Both wore the strappy cami’s and pedal pushers a plenty {remember peddle pushers?} So you see Oasis has always had a little soft spot in our hearts.

Fast forward a few years and as our dual lives as designers and bloggers get even more varied day to day working with new and established brands alike, we were extremely pleased to get a call from an old friend {we say call but mean email}

“Would you like to take part in our Spring campaign, to style our collection and shoot it in your colourful street style?” They said.

“Hello Oasis our old friend, yes please.” We said.

And here in front of you {plus all over their website, instore’s and even in their WINDOWS, yes WINDOWS !!!} is the result.

Now apologies if you are just here for the clothes. We got there in the end.

Here you’ll find the Oasis Spring collection, bursting with bright colour, floral prints and wardrobe essentials that we think will see you good for Spring and through Summer too. Personal favourites of ours include this v~neck flutter sleeve jumpsuit that includes all sorts of wizardry that whittles your waist while elongating your legs. Comes in black and pink and for the first time ever we can’t pick a fave as we love both so much.

We are also very much into the silhouette this cold shoulder spaghetti strap dress creates. Just the right amount of volume in all the right places for curve enhancing that we love. Alice wears the style here in the green floral print while Hannah wears the hot pink version. Both would be a great style to throw on with flat leather sandals or could be your go-to event dress for the season. Thats your friends wedding attire sorted.

A little floral wrap dress is still set to be the style we reach for once the weather warms up.
