Winter in England can feel pretty long can’t it. It really drags on and you end up yearning for a spot of sunshine on your skin. Is that just us? No we thought not. So when events planners Italian-Eye invited us on their 2016 edition of the Kaleidotour we couldn’t thrust our passports at them quick enough.
Those of you who have followed us for a while night remember that we went on the same trip last year so we were excited to see round 2 and to stay in the same beautiful part of the world but in a brand new location. Borgo Sant Ambrogio didn’t disappoint with its lovely rustic buildings, infinity pool and remote hillside location.
We were joined by some old friends from last year {shout out to ClerkenwellboyEC1, Symmetry Breakfast and Lily Vanilli} plus a whole heap of new creative, instagram addicted friends. the 3 days of events organised by Italian-Eye included a Vespa tour by Vacanze Toscane {no we didn’t fall off, amazingly} yoga on the hillside with London’s finest instructor Adam Husler, a cake decorating masterclass with The Flower Appreciation Society {more of that to come in a further post}, afternoon tea by the prettiest cake maker around Lily Vanilli and a cantuccini biscuit making class with Fratelli Lunardi.

The highlight of the trip was all the food and wine our collaborative shoot with Rock My Wedding, shot by funny man Adam Crohill, Lily and The Flower Appreciation Society.
