Ways to Wear Winter Nudes

This time of year it’s so easy to reach for black when you are getting dressed or are out shopping. The shops are filled with the stuff and although we both love colour and a touch of pink #soznotsoz, we’ve been known to venture over to the dark side too. To quote The Body Coach, GUILTEEEEE.

Jeans too are just too easy to rely on this time of year and day after day become a bit mundane. We are by no means bashing those wardrobe classics but thought we’d offer up some alternatives ‘cos isn’t that what blogs are for?!? To offer a spot of inspiration for when you are looking for a few new wardrobe ideas? Well, we think so.  SO we styled 2 ways to wear pastel shades of nude for Winter: 1 laid back, relaxed day look and 1 day-to-night option.

We are really into a wide leg trouser right now, theres something amazingly cool about wide trousers and cute trainers. they have the feeling of making an effort while being comfortable which is a cunning trick, right?! An oversize sweater creates a slouchy drapey look that wouldn’t go amiss on a Chloé catwalk and add subtle slightly darker tone accessories to add in a different shade for daytime. We adore this Camilla Rose fedora, beautiful quality and *just* the right shade of yummy blush pink. Fedorable.

Winter Whites are too tricky, especially in a city or around any splashable consumable goods. We’d always choose nude over white.

This Free People dress is a dream: the cutest detailing of blouson sleeves, multi mini covered buttons and keyhole neckline ticks all our boxes. Style with shades of grey or brown if head to toe nude is too much for you. A polo neck underneath, tights and ankle boots would also make a super cute Christmas Day look, although you’d have to watch the sleeves in your gravy, obvs.

We are lovin’ nude for Winter.

How to look good NOT naked, huh.
